« Hotel conforme à la description. Accueil correct et chambre satisfaisante. Toutefois les chambres peuvent se révéler bruyantes car peu insonorisées, tout dépend de votre voisin. L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé près du centre et le stationnement n'est pas trop difficile. Bref un séjour qui ne laisse ni un mauvais souvenir ni un souvenir impérissable. »

"​A very contrasting stay for a 4-star establishment. ​ The Pros: Excellent responsiveness following a lighting issue (immediate room change) and a much-appreciated commercial gesture (free breakfast offered). The welcome from the female receptionist on the afternoon of the 22nd was excellent. ​The Cons: ​Mediocre cleanliness: I found a hair on the duvet in the first room. In the second room, the bathtub was dirty with stagnant water residue, which I had to scrub myself before using. ​Customer Service (Dec 23rd): The attitude of the male receptionist on duty the morning of my departure was deplorable. I asked for assistance with the luggage storage, but his reception was icy. Despite my greetings and repeated thanks, he remained completely silent and unfriendly. Such a lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable."
