Things to Know Parking passes are purchased online, and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before arrival, you’ll receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is $55 per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. We’ve stayed just about everywhere, the Phoenix condos are always so great! Friendly for all ages, especially since you gain access to the other neighboring Phoenix pools / outside areas. We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the bedding, but Vacasa reached out and sent someone immediately! They made everything super easy from check in to checkout. The only small issue I had was the light from the outside area of the bedroom made the bedroom so bright during the night that it looked like it was daytime. We went and bought a cheap light weight blanket to hang over the curtain. Some black out curtains in the bedroom would be an awesome and suggested addition. The size of the unit was perfect for 2\. Short walk to the beach. Our visit was in September and not in the height of the summer season so it was quiet and not crowded at all.
