« The Carter Lake house was the perfect setting for our family gathering. We had a double celebration - a college graduation and Mother's Day. The diversity of activities and comforts of the home were impressive. We spent time outside on the lake with the kayaks, in the nicely kept back yard playing cornhole, and enjoyed the fire pit under the stars. Inside, we played games in the cozy living room, cooked together in the lovely kitchen, and just enjoyed each other's company throughout the house....

« We meet family for a girls weekend. Half from SW Nebraska and half from NE Iowa. 9 women and it was perfect sleeping arrangements. Very clean home and the communication with the owner was great. My only suggestion would be a hand rail at the front entry. We made it work though Thanks for helping us have a great time. »

« This house was perfect for us. It provided enough space for the kids and adults to be able to do our own thing when we wanted but also could be together as a family. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was there. The house was easy to find in a quiet and safe feeling neighborhood. Travis was super responsive when we had questions and he was great to work with.
