« Une nuit, 3 chambres, en famille avec arrivée tardive après un long trajet en train. Checkin par machine à la réception difficile et peu d’aide des ‘réceptionnistes’ présents derrière leur guichet. Impression désagréable du peu d’hospitalité. Acceptable pour la clientèle salaryman sûrement mais non accueillant pour tout autre clientèle. Petit déjeuner inclus ok.
