The amenities are great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking attendants are so friendly and remembered us from previous trips. The front desk staff kindly helped with arranging for our bags to be stored while we spent a night in Towada. Our bags were delivered to our new rooms before we checked back in. One of our favorite Izakayas is also Iroha which is located right across the street. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide a full range of amenities, daily housekeeping service, and a convenience store on the ground level. The parking was a bit inconvenient as it’s a car elevator that requires the staff to assist each time you want to leave or return, but they are always happy to help; 24 hrs a day. Also, the toilet paper is 1-ply which isn’t a big deal but took some getting used to.
