Beds were nice memory foam. Gas fire places were great, as was the hot tub. The trees provided privacy and a quiet setting. Coffee filters, salt and pepper, plenty of paper towels and both a regular and Keurig coffee pot were provided. Our only concerns were that while the house slept 8 people there were only 6 chairs at the fire pit and outdoor dining, there were only 7 coffee cups and not enough cutlery.
