About this property
Family-friendly, well-equipped, spacious country house,garden and Fibre Internet
- Our place is close to Kaiapoi. You’ll love our place because it has plenty of room, good heating / cooling, well-equipped kitchen, gas hot water with great pressure, three luxury mattresses for a perfect sleep and rural views out the back. It is good for couples and families (with kids). It's on a 10-acre established section with lots of space to explore.
The Den has a 55 inch smart TV with Sky satellite TV, DVD player and Netflix if you have an account. It has super-fast Fibre Internet and WiFi.
Note that there is an external floodlight/security camera facing the driveway. If you would like that disabled for your stay, please let me know.
** 100% refund if cancelled by the day before check-in. VRBO does not have this option but I can approve the refund if your plans change. Please let me know ASAP though, so someone else gets a chance to rent it **
