« Perfect location, can’t get any closer to the beach. Nice and quiet. House was very clean and up to date. Was exactly as pictured in the listing. Only incredibly minor complaint was that the smoke alarm is super sensitive and went off every time we used the oven. Better to work than not at all though! Definitely will be coming back. »

« We wanted a place to stay and just relax. This Houseboat was more than what we expected. Spectacular Views of the marina, walking distance to some great restaurants, and also took in a concert which was walking distance. Super clean, very safe, and spent most of the time on the upstairs covered deck gazing at the water. Never turned a tv on the entire stay. »

« The view was great & it is very close to all the riverfront action. Parking was 1 block away, but worked fine. It has a fridge & stove which can help save $ on the food bill. There's some noise coming up from the street, but we used a white noise sound app & noise did not bother us. Only issue was the bed; pretty darn firm for our tastes. I'd stay again & take some foam pad for the bed. »

« Cleanliness needs to be improved. We arrived to find a dead cockroach belly up in the bedroom. Trash under the bed. Under the furniture hasn’t been cleaned in months. Besides the cleanliness issues, the location was very nice. Right by the beach. Pool was nice. Nice deck. Not too loud. »

« Nice well kept property. An older home that is very clean and nicely decorated with a relaxing beach theme. Location is off the beaten path, nestled in a quite neighborhood, but beaches, stores, and restaurants were only a 15 to 20 minute drive away. Only disappointed was the mattresses. Intercoil springs seem worn down and had a foam topper placed on top to try to help. Thank you for a safe clean place to relax during our vacation. drivemin.drive »
