Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the accessibility to ski lifts and gondola lifts within a 17-kilometer radius, with a convenient ski bus stop just 2 kilometers away. Additionally, the celebrated ski region of Hauser Kaibling is only 21 kilometers from the property, ensuring an unforgettable winter vacation experience.

Unit Layout  
You will stay in a 5-room house that spans over 150 square meters and two levels. The rustic and wooden furniture furnishings create a cozy atmosphere. On the main level, you'll find a living room with satellite TV, an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table and dining nook. There is also a shower and a separate toilet on this level. Upstairs, you'll find two rooms, each with a single bed, a double bed, and a hand-basin. Additionally, there are two more rooms, each with a double bed and a hand-basin, along with a bathroom and a separate toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable. You'll have access to wood heating, ensuring a warm and cozy atmosphere. The floors are beautifully finished with parquet, adding to the rustic charm. Outside, you can enjoy the balcony, patio, balcony furniture, barbecue, and deck chairs. The property boasts a marvelous panoramic view of the mountains and Grimming, providing a stunning backdrop for your stay. Additional facilities include an iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and logs (available at an extra cost).

The property is a non-smoking house, ensuring a smoke-free environment for your vacation. Please note that a maximum of one pet or dog is allowed on the premises. For your safety, the property is equipped with a smoke alarm. If you plan to use the kitchen stove, firewood is available at an additional cost of 20 Euros (one-time fee). Towels and tea towels are not provided, and you will need to make your own arrangements for these items.
