« The house was perfect for a anniversary get away. The bike path was very close and easy to access. The links they owner provided for local recommendations for dining was excellent. Many places were within walking distance and we felt safe walking home in the evening after eating dinner out and enjoying a few drinks at The Cob And Ear bar. The links also made it very easy to know how to enter the home and what needed done at closing which was very simple. We are planning on returning next...

« Bonnie has created a wonderful little oasis with this property. The inside is so thoughtfully laid out & well-appointed with everything you might need. She even asked about favorite snacks & beverages & had them on hand for me. Very good attention to detail! The AC worked well keeping it a pleasant temperature inside even with high heat & humidity outside that weekend and it drown out any noise from the street. I enjoyed my stay here. »

« Hosts went above & beyond when it comes to amenities! Fresh baked cookies, plenty of towels, a few beverages in the fridge, along with some additional snacks. Great communication throughout the stay! Would definitely stay again if ever in the area. »

« This property is absolutely lovely. The neighborhood is very quiet and well located. The stairs are a bit steep to the 2nd floor, but everything us so well appointed that it was fine. Spacious for a family of 5, and very clean. We will be back. :) »

« House was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for family to either be together or be separate. Lovely, secluded setting. We saw a cardinal couple in the roses and some bunnies in the back yard. Owner was easy to communicate with. »

« If you love space and nature, you will love this place. You can see for miles…farmlands. The strong breeze was welcome and the 4-5 big trees around the house were full of birds. There are so many opportunities to be outside: at the rear, protected by the house and along the covered porch. The inside has minimum sleeping capacity of 6 (3 queen beds) and then there’s the sofa and carpeted floor-space in the TV room. Families can enjoy a get-together with extended family here. « Our group stayed at this property while showing at the WEC. It is definitely better to check-in the property during daylight hours as it is off the road along a long drive BUT the location is very peaceful and makes for a beautiful view overlooking the golf course. Space was convenient and well stocked. We will definitely look for availability here again for the next dates we are in Wilmington. »
