Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Plenty of room for eight adults. A huge kitchen family room area plus had a nice sun room. There were l towels as well as plenty of chairs to take to the beach. It has a nice deck with sitting area but the only downfall of the whole stay was the cushions on the seating were completely soaked and we didn’t get them dried out until the second to last day of our week stay.
