Ocean Isle Beach Vacation Packages

Great resort for kids but at the price should be more of an all inclusive for the price. Rooms were not cleaned the entire four days while I was there. I called front desk about kitchen sink leaking and I got no response from the hotel. The up keep of the hotel is definitely needed. The parking fee is not explained until you get to the hotel.

The property itself was beautiful (gorgeous lobby and grounds) but our room was not. Our room was dirty, moldy, and in disrepair. The carpet and upholstery in the room was stained - the carpet very visibly stained. Kitchen and bathroom floors were dirty and the grout needs to cleaned and resealed. There was a lot of visible mold and mildew in the bathroom. We purchased a ‘superior’ condo but there was nothing superior about the room condition due to lack of cleanliness and cabinets falling apart. We did enjoy the size of the room, the view of the waterway, and the washer dryer in the unit.

I like this location as I’ve stayed here before. Bathrooms were pretty nasty with trash and hair everywhere. Not sure they mopped or cleaned the toilets before we checked in. There was also hair in the fridge? No dish soap or paper towels which was a little disappointing considering it has a full kitchen with dishwasher. Rooms could definitely use some new carpet as they were gross with stains everywhere. Living room chair was cut with big hole. Beds were fairly comfortable. Nice view of waterway and golf course.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We will definitely come back.
