This charming, second-floor condo features an open, full kitchen with shining stainless steel appliances to make meal prep a breeze! Gather around the adjacent table to dine together or play a few rainy day board games, and then settle into the living area where you'll find two matching sofas, a wall-mounted electric fireplace to help set the mood, and a TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Right outside, sit on your private balcony and sip your morning coffee or close out your days with a refreshing cocktail. This home also includes a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning. No matter what the occasion, Sunset Island will fulfill your vacation fantasies! Resort Amenities \- Indoor and outdoor pools \- Outdoor shower \- Fitness room \- Picnic area \- Recreation center \- Business center \- Private beach Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.A building registration fee includes six facility passes and two parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass.The fees are the following: (Each Condo Package will also have an additional $15.00 surcharge that is paid to the Condo Association): Winter (January 1 - April 30, and October 1 – December 31) = $75\. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $110\. Summer season (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $150\. Fall (September 13 - September 30) = $110. Six (6) facility passes are included with the rental. Additional passes may be available at the community office for $70 per pass per week. Additional registration fee is charged by Sunset Island for select events. Special event surcharge and dates are subject to change without notice. For any stays booked less than 48 hours in advance during May 1 – September 30 will have an additional $25 charge. Occupancy limits strictly enforced by the community. This unit features access to a private bayside beach, clubhouse, fitness center, library, locker rooms, sauna and indoor pool, outdoor pool, baby wading pool, walking trails, and a crabbing/fishing pier. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Porch was not cleaned, furniture was filthy and water bottles were left lying around. Also, wood planks blocking a few doors/windows to the porch which concerned us from an egress standpoint. Clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Had a couple issues including a bathroom door that wouldnt shut because it was warped, an unstable and very loud bedroom fan, and inoperable Roku controllers rendering the TVs useless. Made several attemps to have management assist to make the stay more comfortable, but to no avail. The operations manager said she was backed up and busy, but theyd reach out and take care of the issues. 5 days without anyone ever acknowledging my requests. Unfavorable Gym and Pool hours as well. Could have been a 4+ star stay, but the management here is enough for me not to risk ever staying or recommending others to stay. Very disappointed. ##### John G.
