"They were able to check us in at 1 PM even without paying extra so it’s always good to call ahead to see if you can get your room sooner than later. Otherwise, the room was as expected. The service was OK. The phone in the room did not work at all. There was no dialtone. It was near a supermarket and a few other places to eat so that was useful. There was no breakfast included as they were doing renovations. The pool was not fantastic. If you were to stay here one or two nights that would be fine, but anything more than that they would have to upgrade some of their amenities. "

"Helpful receptionist who actually gave us a better room than I’d booked. Explained parking well. Suite was nice but windows didn’t block out the noise of the building works across the road which continued into the early hours - needed my ear plugs! Otherwise everything else was fine."
