The heart of the home upstairs is the updated kitchen, with lovely seafoam green cabinets, sparkling stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space for prep. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
