It's a great place to relax and also be in very close proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants and grocery stores all at the same time. You are likely to not even need to drive unless you want to venture further out to some of the other great attractions the island and nearby towns have to offer. The Ocean Crest Pier is also very nearby (just a short drive up E. Beach Drive to the right). Come and get away from it all. The hustle and bustle of our little family-oriented island town is nowhere near as crazy as the big city. The condo is not as nice as the pictures make it seem. The floors are filthy and there are broken items. The balcony is not a balcony. The furniture is old and worn.. We did have 2 concerns. The unit sleeps 10 however there are only 8 chairs for the dining room table. We had to have 2 adult family members sit on coolers at the table. Also the kitchen doesn’t have the serving dishes or pots and pans that one would need to feed 10 people. I would say the kitchen was not sufficiently stocked to cook for and feed 10\. There wasn’t even a can opener which we purchased and left for the next guests. ##### Claire D. Parking is inconvenient as it's located under a different condo building which makes loading and unloading difficult. There were 3 dead roaches on the floor upon our arrival. It also had a lot of dog hair everywhere. It's a short distance from the beach and great walking distance to a lot of places but I don't think we would choose this condo again ##### Meredith H.
