« This place has a potential to be 5 stars but lack many amenities. Pros 1, Great location - very centrally located walking distance to many restaurants, shops, downtown and ferry. 2. Newly renovated- looks new with remodeled bathroom and kitchen. Lots of room for two 3. Beautiful views of the ocean. Nice deck to sit and enjoy the sight 4. Parking space- nice to have car to explore the island Cons 1. Very sparse- only 2 towels and hand towels, would be nice to have more as well as wash clothes....

« This house was a construction zone. Stairs not attached so could not even get access into the house, inside loose board leaning against the wall with nails sticking out, non-functioning outlets and lights. Workers directly outside door sanding and building beginning at 7am. Communication with owner and local rep was nearly non-existent. Was told it would stop but it didn't. Renters had to wait in car until workers reattached stairs to get access into the home in the evening after they were told...

« This room is misleading and the upkeep was shaby. There is not room for 4 people and 2 dogs in this room, it is two full sized beds and small. The screen door was busted out and never repaired and there were electrical issues. Vacasa nor VRBO nor Expedia were of any help. i would not recommend this to anyone, even if desperate. »

« Great area, a lot for adults and kids. Games, pool,swings, golf course and popular restaurant next door. Bus will stop right on main road with a hand signal. »

« We stayed in unit 26f. This building is at end of the complex affording a more quiet location with little in and out car traffic. Nice unit but could benefit from some small amenities added inside like peg racks for coats and towels, blackout curtains (patio lights on 24/7 lit up our room at night thru big picture window, we unscrewed bulb after 2nd night), shelf space in bathroom and some additional basic kitchen things like S&P, basic spices, aluminum foil and reynolds wrap. « Everything was very nice, we loved they have fire pit available all over the place. The only thing I felt wasn’t good enough was the bed, my back got hurt with it. Otherwise was wonderful our stay. »

« Stayed in studio 5B; decent space but interior needs some serious love. Grounds are meticulous & lovely, great pool area, fire pits, playground, tennis courts. Next door to a really fun & tasty restaurant-Nomans. TOTALLY recommend if you’re more likely to be outside rather than in! »
