"Check-in was just as described and house was easy to find. Bill was easy to communicate with and allowed us to leave luggage early on the property (not in, to be clear!) so we could get to the beach. The house is quaint, completely functional and the location is great for biking and walking to OB, ten and twenty minutes respectively. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from Tony’s Market. Remember to rent your sheets and towels!"

"First time at this hotel. Surprised by the service and the property. Easy near ferry and beach and bus line for an overnight stay. They provided towels , umbrellas and beach chairs and kept our luggage until the ferry. So easy for a quick trip without need for car. Rooms were clean and sheets good quality. Pleasant stay. "

"The property is quiet, spacious and was within a walkable mile of downtown Oak Bluffs. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of clean linens and towels. The house could use some updating. The coffee maker, drinking glasses, and silverware need to be replaced with cleaner ones. And the torn portions of the sectional couch should be fixed. I would definitely stay at the property again."
