« Quiet, cozy cabin in woods. View of mountains from hottub was amazing. Only 6 miles from town where activities were scheduled for my event. Full kitchen wirh basics needed for cooking we did. Wifi worked well. Do need a vehicle for transportation. »

We rented boats on the lake, went fishing, hiking, visited Silverwood Theme Park, golfed at the Idaho Club, shopped in Sandpoint and enjoyed the local restaurants. Very spacious house with room to spread out. Would highly recommend this property. It is on a gorgeous Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. The course is spectacular! We saw deer, wild turkeys, bald eagles, and lots of birds. »

« Great place in a very nice neighborhood that was quiet and full of friendly deer. The only negative was the fishing on the Kootenai River. »

« The best communication prior to our stay, the layout of the property was perfect, so beautifully landscaped, and every amenity you could ask for, and so close to all things water! I’d give this place 11 out of 10! (Yes, I realize that’s not possible!). We are a touring band and have been everywhere. This will always be a highlight for us! »
