An excellent luxury apartment featuring exposed brickwork in the living / kitchen area with an interesting structural architecture. The apartment comes with secure allocated parking situated under the building and accessed using a fob.  
  
The lounge is spacious, modern and comfortable offering the ideal space for relaxing after work, a day out shopping or getting ready for a concert. The windows provide lots of daylight into the living area,

Please note: Houndsgate Court is a building of historical importance, none of the apartments are served by Elevators. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. In keeping with the original style and purpose of the building the staircase is industrial in nature with wide but short steps so would be suitable for anyone who could cope with the stairs comfortably.  
  
Nottingham is a lively fun city. Houndsgate Court Apartments is a quiet place to relax while you enjoy it.

Late check out's are available, but must be pre-authorised by us, to enable the deep cleaning to be arranged before each guest arrival.
