"Everything was great for our one night stay before flying out the next morning. Staff was particularly accommodating, especially at check-in. Only problem was TV screen suddenly turned on at approx 3:30am and woke us up. Going back to sleep for me is difficult, so it was disturbing not to get enough sleep. Will stay here again, but will ask staff to make sure we know how to prevent that from happening again. "

"I really liked all the pools and the food and drinks at the pools. I felt like I never had to leave and could stay all day at the resort. It had about 6-7 pools, but one main big pool area had a kids slide, which my son loved. The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. They were really flexible with check in and check out and were on top of all of or needs. I stayed for 6 days but could have spent two weeks here. One of my favorite hotels that I have ever stayed at. The only negative thing I can say is that for such a large resort and that many pools, they should add a kiddie pool area and way more slides. They definitely have the space for it and would attract more people."
