« We had to clean/sanitized our room when we got there but apart from that, everything was ok and just had to put food away in our car as they were cockroaches in the bathroom. We stayed two nights and it was close enough from town and parking was free. »

« So yes it’s noisy, it’s in Chicago and close to the center that’s the trade. It’s was very clean and safe, the parking is under watch and with only 15 minutes of walk to the very center of Chicago it’s the perfect place to stay for a trip there. There is no breakfast in the motel itself but enough diner around to get it. »

« I paid for a couples room with fire place bed and bed did not work and when i called to front office they were very uninterested in trying to figure out why it wasn't working Bery unprofessional l. Room service very loud at 6am cleaning rooms and rolling carts, inconsiderate that people are sleeping. »

« Room was very clean and spacious. Great TV with good channels. Jacuzzi was very clean and worked well. Bathroom was spotless. Was a smoking room but the smell wasn’t strong - I’m a smoker though so it didn’t bother me like it might others. Gotta tell the staff what you want. Staff was super helpful allowing me to check in very late. Had to make a change to my stay and leave a day early and the extra day was refunded with no hassle.
