"Jim was a great host and very friendly. From the beginning he communicated well and ensured we got in the house. The house was great with no issues and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. When we did need something Jim was only a call away and was very prompt to our needs. The house location was great. Very spacious and beds were great. Quick drive to Sunday River. The hot tub was a plus, especially after days on the mountain. I would rent this house again!"
