"I booked a king room, the girl at the front desk put me in a queen room saying that is what I booked, when I showed her my reservation on Hotels.com proving I booked a king bed she then changed her story and said we gave all the king rooms to the miners. I asked her for a refund so I could go somewhere else, and she refused, I said I am not getting the room I paid for or booked, she still refused to refund me. After telling her I was going to call hotels.com she gave me a double queen. Then at 9:30 at night she woke my wife and I up by calling our room to ask if we had booked two rooms; like what the hell how unprofessional can you be, no respect for guests, parking is inadequate."

"The room was at the end and quiet but at 1 am they moved a family of 18 to all the room next to me and it took over an hour screaming kids banging it was awful the lady at the desk the next day responded to my email she was amazing moved me to an upgraded room didn’t let them move anyone above me and kept it quiet for the rest of my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure they fixed the issue. So if it wasn’t for her I would never go back. "

"Flooring was terrible and had lots of water damage, bathrooms were not very cleanly, sheets didn’t fit the bed and it was the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on!"

"First time i stayed it wasmt bad rooms weremt the best and hallwayss and rooms smelled like poop bad but this time the lady behind the desk was rude and didnt wanna help anyone they were straight lazy and the room wasnt really clean at all and smelt like stale ciggaretes and alcohol the resturant got me extremly sick like coupdnt get out of bed was going to have to pay for a second day because i was so sick with food poisoning except the front desk people refused to let my wife pay for an extra night up there instead told us to go online and do it wich was ridiculouse id like a refund this wasnt worth the money i paid at all "

"There was no hot water for showers. The tv had no service. The lamp was broken and a fire hazard. We tried to get someone at the front desk and they had removed the bell . We also tried the GM phone number only to go directly to voicemail. We did not stay for our second night "

"The room was spacious, well laid out, clean and comfortable. Restaurant was nice with a variety of food on the menu, with the availability to order a drink from the bar to enjoy with your meal. Would absolutely stay there again. Have stayed at other hotels in the area and this by far is the nicest. "
