### Luxury 1 Bedroom in Gramercy Park High-Rise

This apartment is professionally managed by Furnished Quarters, the largest independently owned and operated supplier of short-term furnished housing with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Amenities in the pet-friendly building include a doorman, fitness center, laundry facilities and a rooftop lounge. The serene neighborhood of Gramercy offers an urban landscape, nearby Union Square, Madison Square Park, and many quaint restaurants. The building is also near multiple subway stops.  
 This modern, stylish one bedroom is located in a luxury apartment building. The one bedroom features a fully equipped kitchen, hardwood floors and complimentary WiFi. The bed provided are queen size, fitted with plush linen sheets and pillows. All Furnished Quarters apartments include 24/7 guest service.   
  
 Pets are allowed in select apartments and are subject to a $500 non-refundable pet sanitation fee for one pet, $750 for two pets. Additional charges and size/breed restrictions may apply and vary by building. All pets must be approved by Furnished Quarters. Please let us know ahead of booking if you plan on traveling with a pet.
