"I hate writing negative reviews but I feel that I have no choice in this case. My wife and I booked an "apartment" room for two nights with our 3 kids. We were so disappointed that we left after just one night (even though we didn't receive a refund). This place is NOT a 4-star hotel. It's much closer in quality to a youth hostel.
