« Nice property that is a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Inside the property is nice, and the two kings beds were comfortable. Good amount of space in the kitchen and living room areas. Our unit was on the second floor. Outside area is large but sparsely furnished/decorated. Overall, great value for money. »

« Our stay was amazing from start to finish. Well stocked , clean house with many amenities. The pool was definitely an added bonus! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants & shopping. Very kid friendly as well. Our 17 month old grandson came to visit and loved the sunroom with a variety of toys that kept him entertained. We stay in the area quite often and will definitely be returning for sure! Thank You »

« I took my mom to Jacksonville for her 60th birthday and we booked this property. Before the trip, the host was very responsive to questions I asked and was very accommodating. She had everything you would need during your stay. The house was well kept, cute, and comfortable. We took a wagon with us to haul things to the beach and it was a very quick walk over to the beach. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again if we return to Jacksonville! »

« When you pull up the place it is a little sketchy. But when you go inside it's a great layout and it was CLEAN. Had everything you needed right down to providing the TP, towels, spices, all kitchen utensils, etc. The High Speed wi-fi worked well along with the Cable TV, Comcast. Since it was just me the bedrooms worked out fine but if there were 4 people the two up-stairs bedrooms share the one main full bathroom. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs so that worked well. I had a couple of small issues...

« My wife, two daughters (18 & 21) stayed in the house for two weeks. It was in an incredible location, very nice neighbourhood and with two en suites and a third bathroom everyone had plenty of space. The sea view balcony is a real treat at the start and the end of the day. The shower in the master bedroom is particularly good. All the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was effective in keeping everyone comfortable. We didn’t need to communicate with the owners much but when...
