Come stay and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing luxury escape in beautiful Neptune Beach in this 2 bedroom, completely updated condo, only 3 blocks to the ocean! Your stay will have everything you need to enjoy a perfect trip to the beach. Central to both downtown Atlantic beach shopping and restaurants as well as the Jacksonville pier area. This condo has been fully updated and renovated for your comfort and convenience. The Space: This 1st floor condo has 2 identical rooms, each complete with a king size bed, flat screen TV, plenty of room and a closet. There's 1 bathroom off the hallway, and a washer/dryer inside the condo. The living room is beautiful, with so much natural light, with a large flat screen TV and the sofa turns into a queen sized bed. The back of the building there’s an outdoor seating area with a BBQ grill. There's 4 beach chairs for your convenience. The kitchen is completely stocked with all the cooking tools and pots/pans you would need. Need more room? Please ask about our other 3 condos in the same building. Guest Access: Condo and backyard/courtyard area with BBQ grill and dining table The Neighborhood: Peaceful beautiful neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, parks and bike riding distance to restaurants, shopping, cafe's and more! Pros: it appeared to have been recently renovated. It was well equipped and even provided basic toiletries, which was nice. It appeared to be very clean. The two king beds were very firm. Cons: I slept in the front bedroom. The window is covered by blinds and they let in the streetlight and road noise which made sleeping difficult. The back bedroom also just had blinds, so got very bright in the morning. Some noise-reducing black-out curtains would be beneficial. Also, while the listing indicates the unit is 3 blocks from the beach, I didn’t realize that one of those blocks included a very busy major road. We drove and parked easily at a public access (on Monday) but I don’t know that we would have found it easy to do on a weekend. The last night we opened a bottle of bubbles and found the wine glasses on the top shelf of a very tall cabinet- so had to drink it out of tumblers. Maybe there was a step stool but we couldn’t find it.
