About this property
Nashville rooftop hot tub townhouse, sleeps 12, 4.5 baths, elevator access
Summary:
Planning a family reunion or a multi-family Nashville trip this fall? Going Up gives your whole group two private rooftop decks, a bubbling hot tub, and skyline views just minutes from downtown and the Germantown restaurant scene, and this VRBO listing sleeps 12 across four spacious floors.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms, with 10 beds total including two bunk rooms for kids or friend groups
• 4.5 bathrooms, including an ensuite in every bedroom, so nobody waits in a hallway line
• Two rooftop decks plus a hot tub and BBQ grill for skyline dinners together
• 2-car garage plus free street parking, plenty of room for multiple family vehicles
• Private fenced yard, good for kids, pets, and downtime between outings
• Open-concept living room and chef's kitchen island built for group meals
• Elevator access between all four floors, easy for luggage, strollers, or anyone who can't manage stairs
The Space:
Going Up is a four-story Nashville townhouse built around its rooftop: two private decks, a hot tub with skyline views, and a BBQ station for cooking out above the city. It sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, so multiple families can each have their own space without sharing a hall bath.
The layout spreads everyone across four floors while an elevator and open staircase keep the whole group connected, so grandparents, parents, and kids can each land on their own level and still gather downstairs together.
Two of the bedrooms are built for kids and friend groups: one has Six Twins bunk beds and another has Two Kings set up as a custom bunk, both giving little ones or larger friend groups their own beds without crowding.
Spend the day exploring downtown Nashville, come back for sunset drinks and BBQ on the rooftop where the skyline makes a photo-worthy backdrop, then settle into the sectional in the open-concept living room before everyone splits off to their own floor for the night. This VRBO home is managed by Misfit Homes, part of a portfolio built around effortless group stays.

Property as described. Very clean and comfortable. Disappointed the elevator was not operable, but the property manager had alerted us to this prior to our arrival so we were prepared. All in all it was a great stay.
We had a great trip. The place was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Our only complaint was the elevator was not working, which was very inconvenient since it was one of the main reasons we chose this property. We had trip members who struggle getting up and down stairs. The location provided quick and easy access to downtown Nashville. We would stay there again when visiting Nashville with a group.
