The Space:
City Luxe is a three-story Nashville house built for multi-family trips and longer group stays where everyone needs their own space but nobody wants to split up. A neon "Welcome to Nashville" sign lights up the dining area's artificial plant wall, and a slatted feature wall spelling out "NASHVILLE MUSIC CITY" lines the staircase.
The main level centers on a big dining table and a living room built for group hangouts, with the kitchen open enough that whoever's cooking never misses the action. This VRBO listing's downstairs game room brings out the ping pong table for tournament nights, perfect for keeping kids and adults both entertained.
Upstairs, the bedrooms each have their own character, from a bay-window king suite to a bunk-style room built to sleep kids or a crowd comfortably. Spend the day exploring Nashville as a family or group, come back for ping pong and dinner around the table, then wind down on the balcony before everyone splits off to their own room for the night.

Such a cute property and very accurate to the images you see. Plenty of space for large groups, including bathroom space. Easy to get to and from downtown via ride share services. Plenty of photo op spaces and backdrops in the main living space.
Would absolutely recommend for your next large group gathering.
Beautiful place. Nice and quiet area. But a couple of things that just felt ignored and unfinished. Cups chipped. First aid kit empty. Lamp parts on bed. Marks on wall. Screw poling through chair into body. Crumbs on chairs.
Secluded, spacious, and located just minutes from downtown. The owners are very responsive to issues and the property easily accommodates large groups.
This was a great space for a bachelorette in Nashville! Spacious, upgraded amenities, and great communication with the rental company. Highly recommend for its location, ambience, and reliability.
This place was amazing and perfect for our group of friends! Plenty of room and great setup! A quick ride to downtown! The host was very attentive and helpful! I highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Nashville!
Our group had such a great time in Nashville and loved staying at Steve's place!! The house fit all 9 of us comfortably and the neon sign decor was great for taking photos in front of. Although it's not in the main downtown area, this is not an issue at all as it only costs $10 or so on Uber/Lyft to drive down 5-10 minutes.
One minor thing is we couldn't find the karaoke machine which would have been fun to do but other than that we really enjoyed our stay!! Would recommend.

Overall good with a few minor complaints
Overall it was a good stay, great for taking pictures and a very quick Uber to everywhere we wanted to go. Only complaint was that when we arrived we were told one of the beds was broken and we would have to use an air mattress which is annoying for the price of the rental, the AC didn’t seem to work so the unit was extremely hot the entire stay, and the water/ice on the fridge was broken.
Steve saved our vacation! His communication and property were above and beyond what we had originally experienced upon arriving in Nashville (our original condo through a different host did not have AC and we didn’t know if/when it would be fixed). It was last minute that we reached out to see if we could stay the week and he did everything in his power to help us. He brought the cleaning crew in asap so we could get into his unit and the cool AC. It was a lovely unit (definitely instagram worthy) with all the amenities we needed for our family vacation. I highly recommend staying here if looking for space, comfort, and prime location in Nashville.
I loved pretty much everything about this property! It was in an amazing location only about a 10 minute Uber to everything which was awesome. The beds were honestly the comfiest I’ve slept on in a long time. The property was decorated beautifully and made for some great photos! We went for a bachelorette party and had 11 girls and there was more than enough beds for everyone. Don’t have much to complain about besides communicating with the host. I sent him several messages before my stay and before I booked he answered all of them but after I booked he never responded again. He continued to send me information about check in and other things but wouldn’t respond to my questions which was quite frustrating. Besides that, I absolutely loved the property and 100% would stay here again!
We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette party with a group of 12 women, ages 25-60. The space is a great place for many people to relax and have fun together. The living area is open and the couch is super comfortable. It was a ton of room for our big group, and the rooms accommodated everyone comfortably and easily — especially with 12 women getting ready!
The upstairs quarters were very clean and the beds are super comfy. We did think some of the supplies were a bit scant — we ran out of trash bags cleaning up and there was really limited basics — some coffee, but no sugar or cooking oils. It's definitely not a cook's kitchen if you're expecting to cook a lot while you're there (we only made a meal or two so it wasn't a huge deal for us).
We also had a few issues not finding enough linens for our large group — there weren't enough pillowcases and the group who stayed in the bunk room said it wasn't clean — lots of dust bunnies, plus things left behind from other groups under the bed (which they found when pulling out the trundle). I communicated with the owner, Stephen, and he was gracious in his response.
Lastly, the a/c struggled quite a bit when we were there. The thermostat was set to 76 upon our arrival and it was 100 degrees out and humid (July heat) and it felt like the place never caught up to the 70 we set it to. We actually went and purchased box fans for our stay to cool down enough at night.
The space is about a 10 minute drive to downtown. We had a vehicle so it was easy for us. The neighborhood seemed safe, but it's definitely not a walkable neighborhood if that's what you're looking for. The location was what we expected so it was all good.
Overall, it was a great place for our group, and if your group is slightly smaller — like 9/10 — it would be incredibly comfortable. I think Nashville is quite a party town so I expect that other people who stay in these listings are very hard on the spaces, so I understand how difficult it would be to maintain provided amenities and keep clean, but given what we paid, it felt just slightly overvalued.
Stayed for my bachelorette party & the house was a perfect fit for all my girls. Very aesthetic for photos and close to Broadway. The only small complaint was the house was very hot when we arrived (AC was not turned on) and the house was not the cleanest, however, this did not affect our overall stay. It is apparent that this is a "party" house which explains the cleanliness factor. We had a great time here and Steve was excellent with communication. I would recommend this house for any bachelorette or other parties/big groups!
This property was the most glamorous place I have ever stayed. The most spacious and beautiful for my 12 friends and I. Not only that, it was a short Uber to every experience we had planned. The pictures do not even prepare you for the first time seeing the Welcome
To Nashville wall. I would recommend this place as it made our time in Nashville 10/10! So thankful!!!
