About this property

Fall getaway: rooftop fire pit, grill & 4BR sleeps 12 in Nashville

  • Summary:

Book this Nashville rooftop home on VRBO for a fall family reunion or friend getaway with room for everyone under one roof. The Rooftop Record puts your group minutes from Germantown's restaurant row and its annual Oktoberfest street festival, with a private rooftop deck built for evenings together.

    • Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 6 beds, plus fold-out chairs in the living room for extra guests

    • 4 bathrooms so mornings move fast even with the whole group getting ready at once

    • Private rooftop deck with a six-seat dining table, lounge seating, fire pit, and grill lit up by string lights at night

    • Marble kitchen island with stool seating for group breakfasts or a late family dinner

    • Built-in makeup bar with a full-length mirror and dresser in one bedroom, handy for getting ready before a night out

    • Open living room with a sectional, yellow armchairs, and a mounted TV for family movie nights

    The Space:

This VRBO listing is built around one thing: a private rooftop with a fire pit, a grill, and a dining table for six, the kind of space that turns a Nashville family trip or long work stay into something more than just a place to sleep. Four bedrooms and 6 beds sleep 12, with fold-out chairs in the living room if your group runs a little bigger.

Spend the day working through Germantown's restaurant row, come back for sunset drinks and burgers off the rooftop grill, then gather around the fire pit under string lights before everyone heads to their own bedroom to recharge. The open kitchen, dining, and living areas on the main level keep multiple families together, with a marble island for four and a sectional living room for slow mornings.

Bedrooms split between a king in the primary, a queen on the first floor, and rooms set up with full-over-full bunk beds, so parents, kids, and visiting friends all get their own space without anyone camped on a couch. One bedroom also doubles as a getting-ready spot, with a dresser, full-length mirror, and open closet set up like a makeup bar before a night on the town.

    AMENITIES FOR THE PERFECT STAY

    • Private rooftop deck with dining table for six, lounge seating, fire pit, and grill

    • 4 full bathrooms, including a double-vanity walk-in shower and an ensuite off one of the bunk rooms

    • Marble kitchen island with stool seating, full-size fridge, gas stovetop, and microwave

    • Open living room with sectional sofa, armchairs, and a mounted TV

    • Makeup bar setup with full-length mirror and dresser in one queen bedroom

    • Fold-out chairs in the living room that convert to extra sleeping space

    BEDROOM LAYOUT

Four bedrooms spread multiple families or a larger group out while keeping everyone under one roof, good for reunions or a longer work trip where people need their own quiet space.

    • Primary bedroom: 1 king bed

    • First floor bedroom: 1 queen bed

    • Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed, with a dresser, full-length mirror, and open closet set up as a makeup bar for getting ready

    • Bedroom 4: 2 full beds (full over full bunk style)

    • Living room: fold-out chairs for additional sleeping space Good for family reunions, multi-family trips, and groups who want a rooftop to gather on with enough bedrooms that nobody shares a bed with a stranger. Not designed for events with unregistered guests. Rooftop homes this close to Germantown book up fast around fall festival season and football weekends.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy
Property didn’t look like the photos when it came to the furniture it was nasty and the roof top was HORRIBLE!!! The grill I’m sure had t been clean in 2 years and it was extremely filthy!!! I’m a chef and that grill on the rooftop was one of the reasons I picked this location. So me being unable to entertain properly for my daughter’s college graduation was unacceptable. Steve kept making me aware that someone would come through to take care of the nastiness several times but no one did
