Ravello by the Beach is ideally located on one of the most desirable blocks of the Vanderbilt Beach/Naples Park neighborhood, offering access to pristine Delnor Wiggins State Park Beach within less than a mile's walk! The large contemporary style home has plenty of room for families between a spacious open concept lower level and 4 bedrooms plus a den/office with a daybed. The screened lanai has all the outdoor amenities you seek including a covered area with outdoor lounge furniture and a dining table and a heated swimming pool with waterfall hot tub. The backyard is fully fenced and accented with lush green landscaping lending a tropical feel. Heading back inside, on the ground level, find a large open kitchen with an island, a dining table that seats 6, living room with a sectional sofa overlooking the pool, a den/office with twin bed, and the primary suite with a king bed and large bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 guest bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, for total sleeping capacity of up to 11 people in beds. A guest powder room and proper laundry room are also located on the ground floor for comfort and convenience. Finally, a 2-car garage offers space for parking as well as easy storage of beach gear. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest whose name is associated with this booking must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the reservation.
