« Property looks great, easy to access, heating system/AC working fine. I would have given a 5 but the response time was a bit poor when I needed something fixed in the room ( tv not working). I called again and they promised to send a staff but no show till we left the following morning. Other than this issue, I will say it's a nice place. »

« Room was clean and pleasant. Front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and genuinely courteous and kind (quick, too) when we needed extra towels and bedding. Breakfast was great, one of the things we have come to really enjoy at Embassy Suites, and plenty of seating in the dining area and the lovely lobby. Pool was pretty cloudy though and the pool bathrooms were not very clean. »

"Chambre conforme aux photos, très propre et assez grande. Toutefois nous avions réservé cet hôtel parce les chambres sont équipées d’une cuisine , mais il n’y a aucun ustensiles (verres, assiettes, couverts …} pour se préparer quoi que ce soit (c’est la politique de l’établissement nous a t on dit à l’accueil. C’est dommage !"
