"The staff were extremely helpful, both in assisting with check-in and generally, Also had very good conversations, despite my limited Japanese! About 5-10 mins walk from Aomori Station (not Shin-aomori* which is the shinkansen station, for anyone travelling from abroad) Only concern I had was about mold I saw on the wall by the window, but when I mentioned it, they had someone up within 20 mins and had it cleaned and removed Extremely polite service, Next time I'm in Aomori I will likely stay here again."

Bathroom had a problem with water in the toilet continually running; staff fixed it while I was away having dinner.
