Spacious room (compared to other hotels in Japan), staff were very friendly and helpful, able to communicate in English, hotel was clean and in a great location. Best of all, there were lots of amenities. Beautiful indoor and outdoor Onsen, massage chairs, lounge area with ice cream, free ramen in the evening, etc.

The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The staff was generally warm and inviting, and provided patience with the language barrier. It’s not the most soundproof hotel and you’ll hear people, but the common baths on the top floor more than make up for it. I’d stay again!

The hot spring is nice. There are a lot of free stuffs serving at 21.00 - 23.00 (ramen, apple juice and ice cream). The room was cleaned properly everyday. Foods serving on breakfast are delicious.

Very clean. Efficient room layout. Great shower water pressure (no tub in standard double room in this case, 1101). Breakfast buffet is 2500 yen (pricey but very good quality and great selection of foods including grilled salmon, tuna and scallop sashimi, bakery goods, etc.) Relaxation room and spa on 13F including free popsicle from 1500 to 2500 and free noodles from 2130 to 2300 at the restaurant on 4G. 10 minutes walk from JR Aomori station (which has several restaurants as well including a Starbucks). About 10 minutes walk from the pier though in winter, snowdrift will detour you. Speaking of, road are clear, sidewalks, not so much so get an IDL.

Fantastic hotel to stay at. Onsen and relaxation room were fantastic. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Rooms are very nice as well. The only thing I could possibly note are the pillows. I had to go out and buy one that was a more comfortable. But besides that one thing, the hotel is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

It was a most pleasant stay in my trip. Clean and good location. Breakfast was excellent. Hot spring in the middle of the city and on the top of the hotel, looking at the beautiful view of Aomori port with the cruise ship lit up at night. There were complimentary strawberry jelly in the fridge in the room. All the staff was courteous and helpful. I would love to stay in this hotel again.
