« Horrible service. Room wasn’t cleaned. Asked 6 times throughout the day. They even sent a cleaning crew up who came to the door and told us they were cleaning our room next. We waited in the lobby and killed a chunk of the afternoon. It was raining so we were just trying to relax. Got back to the room and it was still not cleaned. The a man came by before we went to dinner to clean it. All he did was put sheets on the bed. They told us since we booked through Expedia that they cannot refund me...

« L’hôtel est très confortable et bien localisé just à côté du old Mystic village. La piscine un peu petite et pas très propre mais peut-être aussi parce qu’il y avait beaucoup de monde. Le petit déjeuner, décevant car peu de choix mais le yaourt frais très original ! »

« Due to an issue with previous hotel and having to leave immediately, we were absolutely amazed by this property! Evan was a top notch host and prepared the most amazing breakfast items and even accomodated my gluten allergy! We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking as a yearly getaway. We look forward in staying in the warmer months so that we can enjoy the outside gardens and pool. »

« I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help...

« This is a very beautiful and serene inn located in a picturesque and quaint fishing village. I greatly enjoyed the daily evening wine and cheese and well appointed breakfasts. The rooms are chic and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend. »

Aussi la reception ne voulais pas discuter des formalités d'annulation avec l'agent de Hotel.Com. L'agent de Hotel.com m'a bien aide. Eviter cet hotel. »

« They tried hard. The heating system was working but noisy. The shower was fine, but you couldn’t take a bath. »
