« Went to Sarasota for Graduation. Perfect home for 3 generations of family to stay. Beautiful property on a baby peninsula into the bay, island right across the way where birds came to roost for the night. Lovely to just sit and watch the bay, but also awesome pool and really enjoyed adding pontoon boat rental. Able to cook most meals at home. Great location for accessing Sarasota and Bradenton schools/restaurants/beaches but also didn’t have much desire to leave the house. »

« I selected this house because it is located near family that we have in town, it is dog-friendly, and has a fenced yard. In addition, it has plenty of restaurants, grocery, and shopping nearby. It appears that the owners are working on updating the property, as portions are updated, but still dated in some areas. However, it was clean and comfortable. « We had the best time at this property! It was very clean, serene with all of the beautiful landscaping surrounding the property and pool and loved the modern amenities. It is a short drive to everything in Sarasota. They are very responsive and helpful when there is an issue. I would highly recommend any family to stay here. »

« This cottage is just steps away from the beach and Siesta Village with many restaurants, shops, and the market. You can park your car and never move it until check out. The cottage’s terrace was perfect for morning and nights. Everything was clean and neat. They have beach chairs (5 Tommy Bahama chairs), a cooler, beach cart, umbrella, and more. Keurig and drip coffee, everything we needed for the kitchen and plenty of paper supplies. We would definitely stay again. »

« The place was very nice. The bathroom situation was weird. It was a bit expensive and that stressed my mom out. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. I wish I would have gotten a place with a pool. We loved the large living and dining area, the beds and pillows were not very comfortable »

« This is our second trip to sea palm cottages in the last 8 months. The house is comfortable, the decor is lovely and the owners are delightful to work with. The pool is a backyard oasis and is an easy walk to white sand beaches and downtown restaurants and shops. We are already planning our next visit back! »
