« Beautiful views of Ventura and the ocean from a comfortable home on a hill. We appreciated the off-street parking in a carport. We chose the home because of the two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. There was also a small bathroom upstairs. Lots of closet space was a benefit not usually available in a rental. We were a group of 5, two grandparents and a daughter, son-in-law and one granddaughter. We did have to be very careful on the stairs going down to the bedrooms from the living room....

« Close proximity to downtown Santa Barbara and especially the area of State St. where most of the activities are. Home is an older home that has been updated and provides more seclusion than a hotel. Full refrigerator and kitchen and two bathrooms help when multiple occupants are trying to get ready at the same time. I would definitely use it again and owner is very accommodating! »

« It was smaller than I thought, but was perfect for just me. It’s located very close to the beach and downtown pier and shops. The freeway traffic and train horn was not a big deal. I didn’t hear the freeway and only heard the train blow it’s horn a few times ( it was loud), but nothing after 10pm. »
