« I booked a suite two months in advance. However, the suite I was assigned (923) faced an internal space with ventilation pipes running through it. There was no view and almost no light. I stayed there for a week with the curtains drawn. Even worse, a portable and noisy dehumidifier was running as soon as I entered. I was stuck with a damp smell for a week. « L’hôtel à proximité de la main station accès aisé au métro, bon accueil du personnel, la chambre au 1205 est a éviter un bruit sourd et faisant tremblé le plafond pour cause de matériels sur la toiture, après constatation du personnel de nuit, on nous propose de changer de chambre au 8ièm étage qui fut d'un grand réconfort et de terminer notre nuit en paix. "I booked a suite two months in advance. However, the suite I was assigned (923) faced an internal space with ventilation pipes running through it. There was no view and almost no light. I stayed there for a week with the curtains drawn. Even worse, a portable and noisy dehumidifier was running as soon as I entered. I was stuck with a damp smell for a week. There was no possibility of changing rooms because the hotel was declared full on the day of my arrival. I would like to say to those responsible that if they have one or more rooms that are unsanitary, they should not rent them out until they have done the necessary work. It's a matter of respect for customers who haven't paid for substandard and unsafe service in terms of hygiene."
