"Great customer service and amazing breakfast! We requested to remove duvet from our room due to my son's allergy beforehand, and they went beyond our expectation by preparing feather-free pillows and blankets for us!! We'll definitely stay again when we visit Hamamatsu."

"I've traveled Japan for 2 months. This hotel has the most comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was fantastic. Great parking area. A must stay hotel if staying in Hamamatsu area."
