The only two things I didn't enjoy as much was the bed being firmer than I like and that laundry was on a smoking floor. Other than that, still a great place that I would revisit in a heartbeat. Carpet on my floor’s corridor was threadbare and badly stained. Absolutely tiny bathroom with badly outdated fittings and a very big step up required to get in. Bed is rock hard by Western standards (and by the standards of other Japanese hotels I’ve stayed in) and had not been properly made. Laundry is on the smoking floor – why?
