The house is located 200 m to the beach, less than 5 minutes walking from the house. Perfect for a walk on the beach. In proximity of the house there are a shopping centers, pharmacy, a play area for children, restaurants and more amenities to enjoy this beautiful place. In addition, the house is situated near the natural park s'Albufera where we find a lot of different species of birds. Ideal for a day out with family or friends.

The house has 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 living room-dining room with a dinning table for 6 people, 1 kitchen, 2 terraces in the ground floor and 2 little terraces in the first floor. Furthermore, the covered terrace where you enter the house is the ideal spot to enjoy great outdoors lunches and dinners.
