"So the Jag Hotel In St. John's was overall 4 stars, the good is that the rooms were clean, spacious, bathroom and shower were excellent. Staff was helpful and cheery. Con, I did not like the chairs in the bar or restaurant. There are a lot of restaurants' a short walk from the hotel as St. John is not a very spread-out city. Overall recommend the Hotel and would stay here again. "

"Remarkable front desk staff. Our flight was canceled late on a Sunday and the hotel was flooded with guests. The woman working the front dest suddenly had 40 people checking in all at once. She remained calm, polite and efficient. It was quite impressive to see her calm while facing such a daunting chore."

"If your room is on the ground level, you have two entrances: 1) interior door via main entrance to hallway AND! 2) exterior private door with your parking space right there for easy back and forth to your car! Very cool :)"

"We found this hotel to be exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling. The beds were very comfortable...we slept sooo well! The room was very clean and well kept up...and quiet. The bathroom facility was very clean and the shower was wonderful! The breakfast was very good, the coffee hot! Customer servie gets 5 stars too. Over all, everything was great and we are so glad to be staying there again on our last night before we leave Newfoundland."
