« After email 2 days prior to arriving asking that the hot tubs would be clean and working, we arrived to two hot tubs with greenish cloudy water that smelled like an old aquarium. Two days in to the stay someone applied some chemicals. I assume they were from the mgmt company but have no idea. I would not rent this property again and most likely not from Vacasa properties in this area again. »
