Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, it features a fluid and functional layout. Close to the slopes and the centre of Avoriaz, it combines comfort and convenience.

The main room features a beautiful open-plan kitchen with granite worktop. It is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso Professional\* and filter coffee machines, etc.). The south-facing living room is a cosy space with a sofa bed (140x200). It opens onto a south-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the mountain surroundings and relaxing outdoors.

The residence is enjoying an exceptional quiet situation while being a stone's throw from the center of the station. Escalators allow you to reach the main street of Avoriaz in a few minutes to take advantage of its entertainment and shops.  
The Alpages 1 residence is made up of 130 apartments, bright and west oriented. They offer spectacular sunsets on the valley.  
The Crozats district allows you to quickly reach all the different sectors of the Portes du Soleil ski area. A track facilitates the ski return to the feet directly in front of the residence.
