« I have NEVER left a bad review for a hotel, but the hotel room smelled STRONGLY like fried food. To the point that I sprayed hairspray as room freshener because that's all I had. If I hadn't been so exhausted from travel, I would have demanded a new room. Obviously, I did not have high expectations for the price of the room- but the smell was unacceptable. »

« Nice stay, but beware of the $5.00 per night credit card charge. Yeah, I was surprised myself to see an additional $15.00 added to the cost of our 3 night stay. Apparently this is done at a few IHG properties so always look at the additional charges section before you get a surprise set of charges like we did out of the blue. Docked just 1 star because of that because the rest of the stay was wonderful. »

« This place is filthy. Filthy. We literally fled in the middle of the night. Stains on the sheets and pillow cases. Hair in the drains. Stains in and on the toilet. Drain covers open and dismantled. And roaches.
My son and I left in the middle of the night with no place else secured to go. That's how awful it was.
The ONLY good thing that I can say is that the man at the desk processed my refund for the second night that we did not stay for. I am waiting for the refund for the first night.

« They seem to do the best they could with what they had. it appeared that they were under staffed. I traveled with my family with our toddler and what we notice was the rugs in the room had a smell like dogs had been there. Strongly suggest if hotel offers pet friendly accommodations GET RID of rugs. »
