« Don’t let the “upper floor” on this listing scare you away, it is a full house you have access to which was our concern. There’s a second (basement) unit that is fully separate- although you need to be conscious of noise on the first floor of the house if it’s rented which was fine with us. Good for a local wedding we were attending- tons of space. Perfect for our group of 4 (late 20’s, early 30’s) but would be a good sized property for a family as well. « This is truly a gem of a property. The old home is fantastic and well-equipped. The kitchen is one of my dreams. There are many spaces so no one is tripping over each other. Beds are very comfortable and the master bath is something of my dreams. Home has lovely outdoor space and we enjoyed watching the birds bathe in the birdbath. Home is surrounded by bushes so is quite secluded while still being in a bustling suburb of Chicago. Already planning another visit with some friends! »

« Big things: - THIS IS NOT A TWO BATH HOUSE. There is one full bathroom and a powder room. The listing is wrong, there is no second shower and we would never have booked for our party of 6 knowing this, so now you know too. - The cleaning standards are subpar, DO NOT STAY WITH YOUNG CHILDREN. « The owner was very responsive and answered all our inquiries promptly. The house was clean and definitely big enough for all of our needs. The kids loved the basketball court and games in the basement. The women loved the hiking trail around the pond which lit up with fireflies at night. I would stay here again when I visit Naperville. »
