The kitchen also has a dining table and provides access to the terrace. There are two showers/bidet/WC on the ground floor, and the house is heated with gas. The upper floor features an open staircase leading to a living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings, a double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace, and satellite TV. There is also a room with a french bed and a shower/bidet/WC, and two rooms with sloping ceilings, each with a french bed (160 cm). The upper floor also boasts a kitchen/living room with amenities like an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a wood-burning stove.
