"I don’t usually leave reviews, but our experience with Wonderful Italy warrants some attention. Our family of five (3 teenage children) spent three nights in Bellagio in August. Needless to say, this is peak tourism season and peak summer heat with an average daily high in the mid 80s F. The apartment itself is in an excellent location, close to the ferry, and is reasonably spacious. The reason we chose this apartment is because it offered air conditioning. We paid a premium with that in mind....

"It is very easy to check in, and the apartments is literally in Bellagio city center, so easy to go to the port and catch other ferry to visit the villages. The views from the apartment are awesome. We will come back."

It was advertised as having AC, but only had one weak portable unit that couldn’t cool the home below 27C (80F), making it unsafe for our newborn who was overheating and crying nonstop. On top of that, we were warned not to use multiple electrical devices at once or risk losing power—making it impossible to use fans or cool the space.Worse, the water heater vented directly into the kitchen, filling the home with gas whenever hot water was used.
