You paying for 6 BEDROOMS of this 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom modern beachfront villa in Montego Bay -Located on Jamaica's enviable beachfront, Dreamtime by the Sea is a contemporary luxury villa. The Jamaica villa has seven luxurious bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. Located in the picturesque Montego Bay area, 12 minutes drive from Montego Bay Airport, this is one of the newest villa rentals in Jamaica. The villa’s architecture is very modern and based on sleek, modern lines.  
  
Guests cannot help falling in love with Dreamtime by the Sea from the moment that they enter through the electric gates. The property presents a picture-perfect view with mango, banana, Ackee, and plantain trees. Whichever fruits are in season, guests can enjoy them fresh off the trees. The distinct oriental ambiance of Dreamtime by the Sea makes it very welcoming. A collection of exotic bromeliads and bamboo plants lines the entrance. Guests are offered a warm welcome with the villa’s favorite tropical beverage and cold towel. This Jamaican villa's living room overlooks the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.  
  
A magnificent infinity swimming pool is situated directly in front of the living room. The pool deck offers fabulous views of diving boats, fishermen passing by, and the most wonderful sunsets. Very comfortable lounge chairs are available on the pool deck. Beautifully landscaped gardens surround the pool area and the villa. The Jamaica villa’s location offers fabulous views of the sparkling waters of the Caribbean Sea and Montego Bay.  
  
The second living room located on the first floor of Dreamtime by the Sea has large sliding doors that look out to the Caribbean Sea. It has a very elegant décor and is comfortably furnished with large sofas. The games room is another living area with ocean views and several games, including Monopoly, Scrabble, Chess, Cluedo, card games, and many more. There is a wonderful high bar table for playing the 12+ games, while enjoying views of the Caribbean Sea and the swimming pool area! Walk out to an outdoor verandah with comfortable seating and awesome sea views!  
  
The experienced and attentive staff at Dreamtime by the Sea is a delightful, warm, and dedicated professional team comprising a staff of five. They serve guests with traditional Jamaican hospitality. All the staff is sufficiently trained and has the necessary experience to meet the guests’ expectations, and includes a chef, butler, housekeeper, laundress, and gardener/pool man. The chef has his own personal garden with fruits and vegetables that he has planted himself.  
  
Dreamtime by the Sea has seven bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Four bedrooms are upstairs and 3 downstairs. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and 40-inch Samsung cable televisions.

Bedroom 1 \~ Ground floor, suitable for the physically challenged, king-size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, cable television, and ocean views with two double sliding doors. Contemporary bathroom with glass picture window to the shower, double basins for his and hers, granite top bench and modern bathroom fixtures, indoor shower and outdoor garden shower, Kohler fixtures for the outdoor garden shower.  
  
Bedroom 2 \~ Ground floor, king-size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, cable television, two double sliding doors, most awesome morning views of the swimming pool and the Caribbean Sea. En-suite bathroom with an open indoor shower with a large glass picture window looking out into the outdoor shower. It has double basins for his and hers, a granite top bench and modern bathroom fixtures.  
  
Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have independent and connected doors, for parents who want to stay in close contact with their children.  
  
Bedroom 3 \~ Ground floor, queen-size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, cable television, and garden views to the front of this villa. En-suite bathroom with bathtub and rain shower combination, safety grab bars in the shower for extra assistance, window to the oceanfront, and privacy blinds.  
  
Bedroom 4 \~ Upstairs, king-size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, cable television, large floor to ceiling and wall-to-wall windows, awesome views of the Caribbean Sea and swimming pool, open modern spaces, and tastefully decorated. En suite bathroom with large rainfall shower, hand held shower unit, and double his and her vanity basins.  
  
Bedroom 5 \~ Upstairs, king-size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, cable television, large floor to ceiling windows, and awesome views of the Caribbean Sea and swimming pool. En suite bathroom, shower with large glass picture window, double vanity, his and her basins, granite top bathroom counter tops, ceiling fan and pendant lighting.  
  
For families who like to stay together, Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5 have connecting doors, for parents who want to stay in close contact with their children. If not, each bedroom has its own private entrance, and the connecting doors can be closed and locked for those wanting their own privacy.  
  
Bedroom 6 \~ Upstairs, king-size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, cable television, views of the garden, golf course, Caribbean Sea and mountains, and private balcony. En suite bathroom with rain shower, open concept showering, and his and her double basin.  
  
Bedroom 7 – This is a King bed room with a sliding door to the balcony and ocean views and swimming pool views. There is a separate shower and toilet for guests in bedroom seven, as well as a wardrobe.   
  
Room 8 is the gym upstairs and this is air conditioned.  
  
Dreamtime by the Sea accommodates 14 guests in 7 large bedrooms. If there are more guests, the large bedrooms can accommodate another 2 persons with additional twin-size beds in two bedrooms for a total of 16 persons. The extra person charge over the standard 14-person limit is an additional $100 per person per night charge for each additional person.  
  
Dreamtime by the Sea accommodates 14 guests in 7 large bedrooms. If there are more guests, the large bedrooms can accommodate another 2 persons with additional twin-size beds in two bedrooms for a total of 16 persons. The extra person charge over the normal 14 person limit is an additional $100 per person per night charge for each additional person.

Valentino and his entire staff were amazing! The house is unbelievable with spacious rooms, great pool area and endless views of the ocean. The meals beat anything else around the island. Having a driver let us explore and take the excursions we wanted. Communication with Lisa easy with quick responses and detailed information. I highly recommend Dreamtime.

#### Amazing Stay

My family had an amazing experience staying here. Everything about the property was as good as advertised. We stayed with 5 adults, two teenagers, and 2 small children and everyone had a great time. The chef was accommodating to everyone's diets and I can't say enough good things about Valentino, the butler. Absolutely would stay here again.

#### Just what the doctor ordered!

We had a wonderful stay at Dreamtime Villas! A group of 6 couples from 3 different states met to celebrate all the guys 'year of 50', we've all been friends since college. This house could not have been more perfect, and the staff was exceptional! The space was perfect for our group, the bedrooms where clean & comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious and we didn't have to worry about a thing. We really enjoyed being waterfront & using all the water toys! We played music on the bluetooth speakers all day & night, and lounged by the pool. Having our own transportation was really convenient for all the activities we did - shopping, dining, boat rides. We will definitely be back!!!!!!

#### Phenomenal Bucket List Trip

It is hard to know where to start.The gated home is very safe, beautiful and the views stunning.We had 14 people ages 15-81.We used every bedroom and they even a couple very comfortable rollaways.Fabulous pool and the ocean right outside the doors.We loved the open flow of the house.But the real treat of the week is the service.The team is lead by Valentino (Butler).By the end of the week, he had become a part of our family. The word "no" isn't in his vocabulary. He is simply on top of everything and the attention to detail incredible.His calm demeanor simply puts you in vacation mode and his tireless effort keeps you enjoying every second.The whole team is amazing.Romaine and Abigail (Chefs) are fantastic.They took great care with our requests and every dish was amazing.They even made me a birthday cake that was out of this world.Troy keeps the grounds beautiful and his pool set-up is beautiful everyday. Damian (Driver) is there to take you anywhere you want to go in a first class luxury van that could fit us all. Lastly, Kristina, Susan & Annety keep the home beautiful and clean.The fresh linens everyday were more than you would get at a hotel these days.They even did our laundry.All in all, this staff was incredible!The house is equiped with a gym, multiple "get away" rooms and long tables designed for dining and family time.It is close to the airport which is very convenient.And, yes you will hear planes occasionally but the total time you hear them are less than 5min/day

There are times when you see pics on the internet and/or read reviews from random strangers and think can this really be true?? Well I’m here to tell you it is ALL true. Everything about Dreamtime Villa is a dream come true. From the facilities to the amenities to the kindest and most lovely staff, my friends and I could not have had a better time. We ate our bellies full (seriously the food was delicious), relaxed, and wanted for nothing during out stay. Valentino took great care of us. So book your trip today! Your only regret will be that your stay isn’t long enough. Thank you Dreamtime staff!

#### Welcome Home! Happy 60th Birthday!

We had been planning my Husband’s 60th Birthday /Welcome HOME vacation for a year and after going back and forth with the number of people and different Villa options, we finally settled on THE DREAMTIME VILLA and our stay from Day 1 to the last was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! There are 1,000,000.00 words to describe how great the staff, personal driver, accommodations and food were but I will give just one JAMATASTIC!!!! Thank you Lisa, Valentino, Shanice, Damien, Troy, Susan and Christine for making our Vacation and my husband's Birthday so special! We are in the process of booking to return next year!! We had a few others that stayed with us and here’s what they had to say…. Best Vacation Ever. All Villas should be modeled after them. Time slowed down while we were there. The staff was EXCELLENT. We were catered to from the time we arrived to the time we left. The food was outstanding. Dreamtime Villas far exceeded any place we've vacationed. Can't wait to return. It was an true delight…. Collin (Birthday Guy) On a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 is the best, I would say the villa and the staff are a 20! They more than exceeded my expectations, and the accommodations are out of this world. Each staff member always went above and beyond. Valentino the Butler is a dream. He made our stay absolutely amazing. I wanted to take him and everyone else home with me so that my home would be run like a well oiled machine. I can't say enough about my experience there and can't wait to return in 2022 a few more times God willing. #### Don’t hesitate, just book it!!!

I don’t even know where to begin to describe the experience at Dreamtime Villa. There was 9 of us, 8 adults and 1 child age 9\. There was more than enough room to mingle around yet spend great bonding family time together. From the time we pulled up until the time we left was nothing short of ahhhmazing and magical. The villa is exactly as described. The photos are spot on. The staff is exceptional!! Everyone is so professional and kind. There are no words to describe the food, delicious doesn’t even begin touch what you will experience. The villa is full service and it is wonderful! An all inclusive resort doesn’t even compare to the caliber of Dreamtime. From the chef and his awesome meals to our butler, Troy, who took exceptional care of us, laundry service and cleaning, the pool, the kayaks, massages, etc you will not be disappointed. They even had someone come out and do the Covid test for our return to the states. This will definitely be our go to when in Jamaica!

#### The house was beautiful but it was the staff that made this trip amazing!

So myself and 10 others stayed here to celebrate my 40th bday , but before we saw the house we met Damien ! Damien was so accommodating , answered all of our questions, was on time , took us where we wanted to go, but it was his personal touch of kindness that separated him from any driver I’ve had... so if you book get the driver ! Then we meet Valentino and Troy our Butler for a lack of better words , but they felt like family , the cool uncles that that make sure you are happy and safe . Anything I wanted I got them some , but again beyond being spoiled by them I’m more happy that I was able to enjoy them as human beings . Beautiful spirit inside and out ! I would visit just to spend time with them .. now the chefs!!!!!!! Can you say party in my mouth for 6 days !!! We even had 2 vegans and they too were so happy by the selection of food.... I’m back in the USA looking for callaloo and sour sop . They made the best everything from Fried chicken to lobster to carrot cake to brown stew snapper to curry shrimp , Ackee, porridge, just everything was simply amaZing! Even the water! But let’s not leave out the cleaning staff ! My goodness yes the cleaning was immaculate but the kindness of the ladies. They washed clothes, folded clothes just like a sweet Aunty would do .......I could write a novel about this place , but if nothing else I want to emphasize how grateful I feel to have been in the presence of the staff! You can have a beautiful house, but there’s no price to experience beautiful people. Everyone deserves a raise and bonus because my goodness.. they made my 40th celebration the best celebration ever !!! We will be back soon !

#### Great Vacation

Everything was amazing. Valentino, Troy and Damian (driver) were all amazing. The food was terrific- every meal. The cleaning staff- did great job! Lisa- who we worked with in the reservation was beyond helpful and even called during the week to check-in to see how trip was going. House is perfect and pool is awesome. Bay is beautiful- great for paddle boarding or kayaking- not great for swimming because of grass/seaweed but we didn’t really care. Wish there was a place to run but no place has everything! We will definitely come back and miss it already.

#### Most amazing vacation

This was the most amazing vacation we’ve ever taken! The house was so beautiful, the staff was amazing, the food was fantastic and we loved every minute of it! Valentino and the staff were well beyond our expectations and the food was so delicious! The only criticism is that the beach area in front of the house is small, but it worked perfectly for us. We kayaked and paddle boarded and enjoyed the floats in the water! Will definitely be back to Dreamtime!

#### Luxury & service like I have never experienced!

Group of 13 went down to Montego Bay to celebrate 50th bdays. Beauty of the house was what sold us in booking this property...but the impeccable SERVICE is what will bring me back. Valentino and Troy run an incredible team who anticipated our every want. Take advantage of incredible culinary team who will AMAZE you with the flavors of Jamaica. We enjoyed a day of golf at White Witch - which I would highly recommend. Best vacation - well worth the money!!

Absolutely incredible property with 5 star service. Great location and proximity to areas attractions. Staff went above and beyond to fulfill our every desire. Valentino was amazing and instrumental in fulfilling our dream wedding on the property. Natoya made every meal memorable. The wedding cake she made us will never be forgotten. Property was clean and inviting thanks to housekeeping. Troy even showed us how to catch the land crabs late night. I highly recommend van rental. Damien our driver took incredible care of us and went above and beyond along the way. Dream time villa was simply perfect and a memory we will never forget. I cannot say enough about how great the staff was! Can’t wait to plan another trip to the beautiful island of Jamaica!

#### Great Vacation Experience

Oftentimes, when you book something like this online, for this type of money, it makes one nervous. I definitely fell into this category. Our experience with the booking team was extremely helpful and it put my mind at ease. Now the good stuff. The property and the setting is extraordinary. Well done! The staff, led by Valentino, was terrific. We are not a demanding group of people but certainly appreciate convenience. They recognized our families dynamic and adjusted their services to fit us. The villa was always kept clean, even with 5 children running around. The team even did our laundry, which was a huge plus on the return home. Food! Not only was everything presented well, it was delicious , wildly convenient and served up with a smile! Troy worked hard to make sure the properties beauty was kept up and was always ready with a smile. I don't fill these type of survey's out often and wouldn't in this case if it was a review of a property. In my estimation the combination of the location, villa and staff turned a vacation rental into a wonderful vacation experience. Thanks to all!
