« Had the heating worked, it could have been a nice stay. Instead, evenings and mornings were spent indoors with ours coats on, yet still freezing. Although the host initially communicated well, after we raised the heating problem, the only answer we got was: I try sending someone over. But, no one came and we never heard back from the host. »

« Hosts were really responsive whenever we had any questions and were really detailed with the initial messages to get us acquainted. Property was exactly as described. Quite and secluded which was what we had wanted. We did experience the “low tide” the hosts described and they were nice enough to give us some extra time before check out. »

« If you're looking to 'get away' from it all, this is the premier place to stay. Rustic accommodations that make you feel as if you're in another time in history. Desert living, the wild west, and gold mining come to mind. Visit "Pioneer Town" and hike the beautiful mountains in Joshua Tree. We had a wedding, Christmas Family Reunion and a baby reveal at the Ranch. Most memorable vacation in our families history! Note, this is not a 5 star luxury hotel...this is a 5 star get away! »

« Totally enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a secluded and quiet place to stay this is the one. It is about a 25 minute drive to Joshua tree, but the drive was enjoyable and we had fun.
